Diasbled Menus

When i use MS-Project2003 suddenly most of the menus become
disabled.Even SaveAs" copycell pastespecial etc.Tools<<Options also
diabled..while closing a project file its not asking for "Do you want
to Savethe changes".Why this happens.How to rectify this.Help.

Hi,

I have seen this with installations that were not activated.
Have you activated the license with Microsoft?
