I have to use Russian Language Grammar and Dictionary.
How can I do that?

Mac Office doesn't include Russian proofing tools. I'm afraid your only
option is to look for a 3rd party package.

I believe that there are packages bringing Russian spell checking at the
system level (and therefore in all apps using the system spell
checkers).
SpellCatcher also has an optional package for Russian:
