I'm still waiting for my Outlook 2003 Disc, in the meanwhile I have a
question about it.
In previous version it was impossible to place a button on the toolbar to
launch a set of rules.
Is it possible now?
Why? This is how I work:
Apart from spam filtering, that occurs immediately when a message arrives,
all incoming messages are placed in the Inbox. Once read, messaged are moved
and stored in their respective folders (350 personal, 180 on Exchange Server
"public folders"); accomplishing this task was impossible with RW (neede to
start rules wizard, run now and check dozen rules one by one), so I had to
use products like Ornic's ExLife to bypass the problem; I've created dozen
rules just to store each message in the proper folder and once read, simply
clicked on an icon on the toolbar to fire all the rules at once.
