Did the hackers figure out the spam filter?

Recently, and after the 2 Outlook 2003 spam filter updates, spam seems to be
creeping through. Anyone else notice this?

SPAMmers are always finding out ways around SPAM filters. Microsoft's SPAM
filter is inexact at best.
