Difference betn 2 Dates

Can anyone tell me a formula to get the difference between 2 dates in Months
for the following example

Ex:
10/14/2005 ; 8/23/2010

Is there a formula to get the difference bet'n the above two in Months?

Use DATEDIF() If your dates are in A1 and B1, then=DATEDIF(A1,B1,"M")
gives 58 months
