Difference between account and license?

I have a license for Groove and have it installed on my laptop. I went to
install it on my work computer and I got a message telling me the license had
been used already. In the FAQs it says:

Q: Does the Groove Virtual Office license allow me to use my account on
multiple computers?

A Yes, users are permitted to use their one Groove account on up to five
devices. That is, only one Groove Virtual Office license is required and
installable on up to five devices. However, users can create an unlimited
number of identities per account. Of course, Groove Virtual Office enables
the sharing and synchronization of files and information across your PCs.

So why can't I install it?

Hi,

Just use new account -> use exist groove account and input your email and
password to retrieve your groove account. You don't need to activate your
account twice.

One licence only can be used once. To use groove on multiple computers, we
should set an option to allow Groove to be used on multiple computers and
then log on the existing account on other computer(s).
