difference between format of "presentation for review" and regular

Hello,

When "save as" a ppt file, there is a type called "presentation for review".
I know this format is used for distributing ppt files for reviewing. Can
anyone please share some deep knowledge on this format - what extra info it
saves, how to get rid of the extra info and convert it to a regular ppt file,
etc.

Any input is appreciated.
