Difference between Project 2003 Professional and the 2002 Pro version

Hi Folks:

Can someone point to doc on the differences between
Project 2003 Professional and Project 2002 Professional?
Didn't find it on MS site. Anybody use 2002 Pro with
Project Server 2003? Is it better to use 2003 Pro with
Project Server 2003?
