Difference between the Permission to each user in PF(Public Folder

Need the diffrence between the below option in outlook public folder.

Owner, Publishing Editor, Editor, Publishing Author, Author, Non editing
Author, reviewer, contributor.

Public folders are part of Exchange, not Outlook, so you'd be better off
asking in the Exchange newsgroup:
