If you don't already know what the differences were between Office 2002/XP
and 2003 and you have no first-hand experience with Office 2007 (and a
question like this makes it appear you have limited experience with any
Office version), why would you believe you were qualified to have an
informed opinion?
I'm not trying to be nasty. (Some would say it just comes naturally,
effortlessly.) The people in your organization who use Office heavily would
be a much better source for this sort of exercise. Ask them what features
they believe are lacking in their current Office version (presumably it's
either 2002/XP or 2003), then check Microsoft's marketing info or ask
SPECIFIC questions here.
