Different Color Hours in PWA Adjust Actuals View

I am trying to understand the different colors in the Adjust Actuals
view for hours. Black appears to be time the PM has updated/posted to
MSP. Red appears to be hours not yet updated/posted to MSP by the PM.
What is does the Blue time represent?

Project Server 2003 with SP2.

Disregard...I have figured it out.
Black - Time updated by PM from PWA Updates page to MSP.
Blue - Time waiting for PM to update from PWA Updates page to MSP.
Red - Time waiting for Resource to update in PWA Tasks page.

Please let me know if this is incorrect.
