Different default e-mail programs for different users

I am trying to run Outlook XP for one user on WindowsXP and Outlook Express
for other users. However, the default programs (in Internet Options) selects
whichever applidcation the last user selected as the default e-mail program.
Can I, and if so how, select different default e-mail programs for different
users?
