Different Font Displayed??

The "patrick" font I used when building my web page is not the same font that
poeple viewing my website see.
How do I make this happen?

You don't, you have to choose a web safe font, such as Arial, Verdana

If I design it in Photoshop and save it as a jpeg and then insert into my web
page will this make a defference?

Yes. That's the customary way to use a "non standard" font.

But you would only do this for a heading not for blocks of text, unless your don't care about the
search engines being able to index your site.
