Different greeting on same email for Group

Hello,

Can you please help me to create an email that will let me "change" the
greeting, but keep the body of the message. For example, I want to send an
email to my family members, but I want their names to appear in the greeting,
and of course they are different, but I want to keep the same text.

I am using Outlook 2007 with an Exchange 2003 server account.
