Different Inboxes for the same email address only viewable one tim

I use multiple workstations (home PC, laptop, friends computer) with various
different Inbox Software (Outlook, Outlook Express, Webmail) for work. When
I open new messages within Outlook or Outlook Express, they are no longer
viewable on Outlook or Outlook Express. Is there a way to keep them incoming
on the alternate workstations? I am assuming there are settings somewhere
within MS Outlook because my webmail keeps all mail unless directed to delete
or it passes a timed guideline.

If I wake up, view my email and close down to go out on the road. I can't
respond from my laptop because the message will never make it to the inbox.
What settings do I have to change?

Thanks

Enable the option in your account settings to leave a copy of the mesasges
on the server. Exactly what to click depends on your versions of Outlook
and you didn't think that was important enough to state. It's on the
Advanced tab of the account properties pages in both OL and OE.

Thanks for the help. (reminder)

When you save messages in a folder, can they be viewed from a seperate
workstation as well?
