different location, not sending

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

Email Client: pop

I have been using entourage with my rogers account and have no issues save one. i move from location to location, and cant send emails.in my primary location(home) i can send emails fine, but when i am not connected to that network. i.e. different house, i cannot send emails.

is there away i can be connected to any modem or network, and still send
