Different Reporting Methods for Different Projects in PWA

Hi.

I have a Project Server / PWA set up with about 30 projects from 6
project managers.
Currently I have set it so the default method for reporting progress on
tasks is hours of work per day. (This way we can track the hour's
full timers and contractors are working and prepare reports on
contractor costs etc...)

The other remaining project manager is in another division and all he
wants his staff to do is report if a project is 0%, 25%, 50% or 100%
done. Now I thought by setting lock down defaults to "allow project
managers to change the default method for reporting progress..." that
PM could change it from the hours a week to the percent work complete.

When that PM publishes his projects, his resources show up tasks with
the same reporting method, hours a day. Where do I, or He, change the
option so his staff can report 0% - 100% while the other staff enter
hours.

Also, IF this is possible, some staff would be working on multiple
projects and when reporting tasks for PM 1 - PM 5, they need to enter
hours per day, and when reporting tasks for PM 6, they would need to
enter % done...... Is that possible???

Thanks again for any help.
