Different secure connection error... (11)?!?

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

I have installed the root certificate in to the X509 keychain. Now when I start Entourage, I am receiving:

Unable to establish a secure connection to www.domain.com. (11)

This is a new one on me.

They only go to the X509Anchors in Tiger (and before)
In Leopard, they need to go to the Login keychain

Some Entourage users are continuing to see the following warning error after
updating to 12.1.3.
