different size boxes for the same row

I typed away for the top box in the org. chart and it resized as I needed it
to after i clicked off of it and I was done typing.
However, after I typed the next row down with 5 subordinates - the boxes
are all the same size no matter what text goes into them. Is there any way
to have the boxes on the same level be their own size - not all the same.
Please help.

Turn off Autolayout on the Org Chart toolbar. Maybe also try right-clicking
and turning off Autoformat.
