Difficult Cells!

Certain rows within a new workbook do not seem to accept
forumulas and calculations.

I have tried pasting the formulas into other cells and
they work but when put into these particular rows they
dont work. I've checked the cell formatting etc but cant
find a solution. Any ideas of what to check next would be
great :)

what exactly does not work?. Are the formulas shown as text?. If yes
check the cell format (and change it to 'General'). After this re-enter
the formula

Hi Debs..........

If by "not working" you mean that you are getting the wrong results, then
you are probably running into a situation where the formula's Relative Cell
References are calling up cells with incorrect information in
them.......re-read the formula after you have pasted it and see if it's
still trying to do what you actually want in this new location........
