Difficulty writing an easy parameter for dates

I have a field [SRAMDate]....for the query I want it to show me all
[SRAMDates] which are between the current date and 7 days into the future. I
know that I can use the between option in my query, but I don't want the user
to have to enter anything.

Any tips and thoughts would be great.
