We have developed an excel app that makes copies of "template"
worksheets (i.e. tabs). It appears that this modifies the VBA project
and therefore discards the digital certificate.
(The exact message is: You have modified a signed project. You do not
have the correct key to sign this project. The signature will be
discarded.)
I can't give the key out to the clients (duh!)
Is there any workaround for this? I would very much like to preserve
the functionality of the workbook and still allow clients to go to a
"High" setting.
If not, is there any way I can at least short circuit the error
message (which appears to be pretty intermittent) and replace it with
my own msgbox command?
