Hello:

In administer users / groups in PWA, we can define a
digital dashboard link for groups.

If we set a link for a group, from which page/area do
members of such group access to this link/feature?

The link is right on the PWA homepage, on the lower right. The URL for the link will be unique to the group that the user belongs to. When clicked, the user will be prompted for whether they want to add it as a link in Outlook, make it a hompage for one of the Outlook folders, etc
