Digital Signature Confirmation

Hi

By default, I digitally sign all outgoing messages from Outlook (2003).
However, every time I click Send, a message comes up confirming that I am
signing it.....
Is there a way to stop this from coming up?

Also, can I digitally sign a file with the same signature?
