We have our own certificate server, which issues certificates through the web-based \\servername\certserv method, and the certificates are then installed into the user profile in the Internet Options window. These are for digitally signing email only -- no encryption. This works perfectly with Outlook 2002, in both regular email messages as well as Outlook forms, but in Outlook 2003 it does not work at all. In attempting to install a certificate in order to use it, we get an error message saying that encrytption is required -- even though that's not the type of certificate that's being installed. Digital signatures in Outlook forms from other users are not visible when the form is opened with Outlook 2003. What's different about Outlook 2003 that would cause these problems, and how can I fix it? Thanks for your help!
