digital signature menue entry missing

Hi,

i can't sign my Access vba projects due to this missing
button. In Word and Excel it is possible to do so.

Systeminfo: O2k SP3 on Win 2k SP4
What i've tried 'till now:
- placing the entry to menu- and symbolbars by modyfing
them
- trying a new .mdb
- reading Help
- searching knowledgebase
- new installation of Windows and Office

Does annyone know witch simple click i'm to stupid to do?

Code signing in Access didn't appear until Access 2003
