We're digitally signing MS Word docs with a class 3 code signing certificate
from VeriSign. The red ribbon shows at the bottom of the application bar as
it should.
Problem: We make available a view of the digitally signed Word doc using IE.
When the Word doc appears in IE the reb ribbon does NOT show.
An explanation would be very much appreciated.
Note: Besides a digital signature we also password protect the doc for
"comments."
