I have a database that I use to generate Support Tickets. When I've
completed the work on the ticket, I want to be able to email them the ticket
(which generates as a .pdf) get a digital signature (via smartcard
certificate) and have them email it back to me. We have DoD issued
smartcards with a PIN requirement.
I realize they can go into Adobe and select to digitally sign it in the menu
but I'm trying as much as possible to "User Proof" the process. I'd like
them to be able to click on the signature block in the .pdf and have the
report request a digital signature from them.
My question is, does Access 2007 support digitally signing an "OutputTo"
report and will it process over to the .pdf that is generated?
Thanks
