Direct Booking not working for Outlook 2002 clients

I am having an issue with Outlook 2002 clients Direct Booking resources. If
the client is Outlook 2003 it works fine. The Exchange Server is 2003, and I
have Office XP SP3 on all machine. Has anyone else had this issue?
