Directory Browsing

I want want users to be able to view files that they have uploaded to my
site. I have tried using a .htaccess file to enable directory browsing, but
frontpage doesn't allow me to upload it into the folders that I need to. Is
there a way to enable directory browsing using frontpage?

If you're trying to use an .htaccess file I'm assuming you're hosted on an Apache/UNIX server.
If so, you can enable directory browsing via the Web Masters CPanel.

Also make sure there are no html files in the folder.
