Directory template

I am trying to create a list of the names and addresses of those in my mail
merge directory. Is there a template for that?

I mean the list of names and address in a directory that is used for a mail
merge. I have a list of over 300 names and addresses that I want to print
for quick reference. I don't know how to do that. Any help would be
appreciated.

Where is this directory? Is it a Word file? An Excel file? A bunch of files?
If you have a list that you already use as a mail merge source, why don't
you just open it and print it?

It is an Office Doc. I have Word 2003. I finally figured out that I could
print it out in Office Access. Thanks for the help. And yes, I'm blonde too.
