Disable alt f11

I have a terminal server windows 2003 running Outlook
2002 how do i disable access to Visual Basic via Alt F 11.

Any help in this matter gratefully received

You can disable VBA for all Office XP applications through group policy. The
..adm administrative templates are available for download from the Office
Resource Kit pages at microsoft.com.
