Disable auto resize of items inside a Boundary item?

Hi

I'm new to Visio, and when I use the Boundary item on the Enterprise
Application stencil, everything inside it is automatically resized, when I
resize the Boundary itself. I cant figure out how to disable this feature.
Any ideas?
