I have a company logo (.jpg) in a questionnaire which I want to send to
someone else. How can I prevent someone from copying the logo from the Word
(2007) document, while allowing them to respond to the questions within the
document?

That really isn't possible. Consider that if you had the logo printed
on a piece of paper, the recipient could use a scanner to make a copy
of it. Nothing is safe from a determined copier. If you don't trust
the recipient, don't send anything to them.

You can use the technique at
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/ProtectWord2000PlusHeader.htm
to make it a little more difficult, but it's so easily defeated that
it doesn't count as "protection against copying".
