Disable customize ability from toolbar

I have a need to disable the customize options on an outlook toolbar to
restrict users from changing any of the toolbar settings.

Is there a built in option or programmatic way of doing this?

Set the CoomandBar.Protection property to one of the MsoBarProtection enums.
