Disable new linefeed/paragraph behaviour in Outlook 2007?

I want outlook to treat a press on the "Enter" key as a single linefeed - and
also all other "new lines" as a single line feed.

After i started using Outlook 2007 the mails i write is like a party of
blank lines - especially if i paste text from other applications/clipboard
etc.

The recievers of the mail i send get even more blank lines!

Are you using HTML as the message format? If yes, then press Shift+Enter for a single line feed. Better yet, allow word wrapping to take care of that.

I struggled with this problem for many years and finally devised a
complete and automatic solution.

While it does work to hit Shift+Enter rather than Enter, it is too
tedious and error-prone to do this yourself. So, I wrote a script that
remaps the Enter key to the Shift+Enter combination, but only does so
within the Outlook HTML editor.
