Disable 'Next' and 'Previous' options.

Can I disable the 'Next' and 'Previous' options within PP when in Slideshow
mode such that users (viewers) can only navigate through the show using my
buttons?

I have a slide show that is a series of questions with Yes No options, using
Next and Previous might not take you to the logically correct next slide.

Or is this more to do with the viewers set up than presenters?

You will want to go to Slide Show/Setup Show and choose Kiosk mode. That
will disable all but your navigation keys and the Escape button (which
will end the show).
