Disable PST files ; Enable AutoArchive

We are eliminating the use of PST files in our domain (W2K3 SP2 w/
Exchange 2003; XP SP2 clients), but would like to retain the use of
AutoArchive for
automatically deleting emails based on age.

By using the DisablePST registry key, AutoArchive goes away as well.

Anyway to allow the use of AA and disable PST files?

Or, is there another way to allow users to automatically delete email
based on age?

Thanks!

To allow users? No.
To force users? Yes. Search Exchange help for retention policies.
