Disable Send Hotkey in Outlook

Argh, once again, I have accidently hit control+enter mid-email and
sent something off half-baked.

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to disable that hotkey
combination, either from within outlook or with a 3rd party program?

Change your Outlook options settings in Mail Setup, Send/receive button to
Send/receive mail every 10 or 30 minutes, but no less than 10. Then the
mistake email goes to the Outbox where you can grab it before it gets sent.
Also uncheck "Send Immediately when connected" of course.
