Disable single field in Active Directorty Synchronization

Is there any way to configure what fields are synchronized form Active
Directory? I do not want to synchronize the Department
(UserObject.Department) Group (MSP_TEXT_FIELDS. TEXT_FIELD_ID = 205520899)
field?
