Disable System Info

I'm running Office 2003 on a Citrix/Terminal Server. I want to remove the
capability of the user to click "System Info" under Help -> About Microsoft
Office *->System Info. I cannot find it in a group policy, or anywhere. Has
anyone been able to do this?

The only way I've found is to disable the user's ability to go to "Help
->About Microsoft Office application" for each individual application, and
Publisher does not even have this option in the .adm. Does anyone have any
ideas?
