Disable Workbook_Activate inside another macro...

Hi i need to disable Workbook_Activate when one of y macros run but i canÂ´t
find any way to do it. Can i rename Workbook_Activate to another name? can i
stop it??

Application.EnableEvents = False

turn it back to true when macro is done.
