Disabled but not checkedout project in 2002 Server

Hi Everyone,

I have a project in 2002 Server that is grayed out for read/write opening in Project Pro 2002 for all users except for one user. It is not showing as checked out by anyone and also not showing up in checkedout projects of Admin web interface. Please help. Thank You.

Thanks Dale. None of those two apply to my situation. It is not showing up in checked out projects and the flag is already 0 in the database. Also this is happening only for one user. All other users can checkout and save this project. Please let me know. Thanks for your help.
