Disabling default project

Hi. Does anybody know of a way to disable the creation of the default
project (Project1) when Project Professional 2003 is started?

Nor I. However, you could write an auto-open macro, that runs when Project
is opened, that loads a template.

Although you can't "disable" the creation of the default project on startup you can set Project to open that last opened file on startup. Go to Tool >> Options and select the General tab. On the top of that page of options check the box that says "Open last file on startup".

BTW, this causes project to not create a default blank project on startup.

Hope that helps.
