Disabling Delivery and Read Receipts in Outlook

I would like to disable the users option to request a
delivery receipt or a read receipt.

I was wondering if there is a way to "grey" out that
option for them or is there a script that I can run that
would change the user's registry when they logged in.

Any help would be appreciated.
