Disabling or Removing tasks from PWA (PS 2003)

Hi,
In our department, we have an admin plan which we wish to close out, (we
have started a new one for the new fiscal.) Therefore, I'd ideally like for
the tasks to disappear from people's PWA timesheets. I have zeroed all the
remaining work and changed the project status to "proposed" and then
republished, however the tasks still appear in timesheets. Is there any way
to remove or stop people from booking to the tasks in this old plan? (I'm
using PS 2003.)

Many thanks Chak - that worked! I thought by setting the project to proposed,
it would over-rise. Thanks, much appreciated.
