Disabling Password Protection features

Hi there,

Is it possible to disable all the password protection features in Word and
Excel?

I support a school where a pupil has started using this feature to prevent
teachers from seeing what the document contains.

I am aware that it is possible to recover the file if required, but I would
like to implement a no-password protection policy instead.

There is not. You will find it much easier to just implement the "No Pass
With Password" rule. "If a kid keeps climbing the fence, don't build a
bigger fence, stop them from climbing the fence!"
