disabling project workspace creation

Can you disable the creation of Project Workspaces *and* stop the pop up in
Project Professional when you publish the project?

Under 'Server Settings' there is the category 'Operational Policies' which
has an option 'Project Workspace Provisioning Settings'. Go into there and
you have the option to automatically create the workspace or allow users to
manually create it.
