Disabling Task Notes

Does anyone know of a way to disable Task Notes in Project 2002 Pro? We have setup a time tracking project for everyone in IT and have people that enter notes in what they think is thier task when in reality it is everyone's task and therefore any entered notes show up on everyone's task.

I do not believe there is any way to disable the task Notes feature in
Project Web Access. I think you could probably address the problem with a
little training. Hope this helps.
