Disabling the automatic install of language packs in Office 2000

Hello,

Some of my users keep getting prompted to install various language
packs, french and japanese mostly.

I would like to know how to disable the "on-the-fly" install, even if
it means disabling all multi-language support.


Any help would be appreciated.
